Hi and welcome! I am Shannon, owner of shannon michele photography. I live in Charleston, South Carolina with my husband, Jake, also my second shooter, our little guy, Owen, and our lovable lab-mix pup, Ada. We enjoy continually renovating our 1970’s home, gardening, crafting (me!), coffee, live music, cooking, and traveling. I have always enjoyed documenting people and places surrounding me. It is amazing to take a single moment and capture it in your own unique style. I love that photographs are a lasting memory of those special, most important moments in our lives. A photograph can bring back the emotions of a day unlike anything else. I hope to document either your wedding day, a new baby, or simply life’s moments as they happen in a truly unforgettable way. I am inspired by amazing light and the more carefree in-between moments. My goal is to document your day in the most unobtrusive manner possible. My work is fresh and modern and I feel most importantly, real.
